Withdrawals & Refunds
A one month notification from the 1st of the month is required to withdrawal from any class. Withdrawal must be presented in writing to the front desk or by email. There will be no refunds for withdrawals after March 1st. By this time, choreography has been started for the recital. There will be no refunds for missed classes. Make up classes will be available if the studio has to close due to inclement weather. Once you have committed to perform in our recital, there will be no refund on recital fees or costume fees.
Dress Code
Students must abide by the dress code provided for each class. Hair is to be securely tied back in a ponytail or bun unless otherwise directed. No street clothes will be allowed at anytime during classes.
Preschool - Leotard and tights of any color. Pink Ballet shoes and Black Tap shoes.
Ballet - Black leotard and pink tights. Pink ballet shoes.
Jazz - Leotard or sports bra/crop top with jazz pants, capris, or jazz shorts with tights. No T-shirts or workout shorts. Tan Jazz shoes.
Contemporary - Same as Jazz - tan lyrical paws
Tap - Same as Jazz. Ages 8 & up - Caramel tap shoe
Acro/Gym - Leotard or spandex and footless tights of any color. Bare feet.
Hip Hop - Loose, comfortable clothing that the student can move in. Sneakers.
*Every class requires that tights be worn, with the exception of Hip Hop.
Costumes
All costumes are ordered in November to ensure they arrive in time for pictures. Costumes will not be ordered unless ALL fees are paid to date. No exceptions. Recital costume balances will be due Monday, November 5th, 2018. You will receive a costume invoice for your dancer 5 weeks prior to the due date. There will be a costume for each class that they sign up for with the exception of Acrobatics. There will be no recital dance for Acrobatics.
Costumes will range between $55.00 and $85.00 per dance. Once costumes are ordered there will be no refunds for any reason. Each class will have a specific tight color that they will need and will be included in costume invoices.
Pictures
Picture days are scheduled for March 7th-14th. We will send home more information once we get closer to pictures. Group pictures will be taken for the program book.
Program Book & Ads
Recital Program Ad packets will be sent home in February. There will be a contest for the top three students who sell the most ads. The winners will be featured on the back of our program and will also receive up to 3 months in free tuition for the following year.
